Working With Frontline Clients

Do you only see frontline workers?

Jen works with a wide range of clients. Her background as a detective gives her additional insight into high-pressure roles and complex experiences, but therapy is open to adults from all walks of life.

Do I need to talk about traumatic events?

No. You only share what you’re ready to. Therapy moves at your pace, and many clients prefer to focus on coping and grounding skills before discussing any specific events.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is protected by strict professional and legal guidelines. Jen will explain the small number of situations where psychologists must share information, such as risk or safety concerns.

Booking & Payments

How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly online or by contacting the practice.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is made on the day of your appointment via card or cash. Medicare rebates can usually be processed on the day of your session.
